This HDG employee handbook ("the Handbook") has been developed to provide general guidelines about policies and procedures for employees. This is Guide to assist you in becoming familiar with some of the privileges and obligations of your employment. None of the polices or guidelines in the handbook are intended to give rise to contractual rights or obligations, or to be constructed as guarantee of employment for any specific period of time, or specific time of work.
The personnel policies of HDG are established by the Board of Directors, which has delegated authority and responsibility for their administration to the Chief Human Resource Officer ("CHRO") All employees are expected to abide by Company Policy Guidelines. The highest standards of personal and professional ethics and behavior are expected from all employees.
Employees are encouraged to consult with CHRO for additional information regarding the policies, procedures, and privileges described in this handbook. Questions about personnel matters may be reviewed with Manager or Sr. Manager – Management or directly with CHRO. Guidelines given on this Company Policy are subject to modification, amendment or revocation by HDG at any time, without advance notice.
